J was once left-handed. He has learned to use his right hand to walk the rope bridge between art and function through graphic design. He currently does work for brands, print, and the web using both sides of his brain under his own design studio.
After getting tired of overclocking his PC then switching to the Mac as his new creative gateway, he enjoyed filling up sheets of bond paper with cartoons, directing/editing video productions, restoring old 1940’s Filipino films, and writing/recording songs. He fronts his band in his spare time.
This is his online logbook on design, type, branding, trends, food, gadgets, mac stuff, music, photography, small toys, and the occasional rant.
J is proudly Pinoy and lives in Manila, Philippines with his two Macs, Jiro (iMac Al) and Juro (Powerbook G4). He clears his mind through coffee and sunsets at Manila bay with his fiancee.

p.s. J’s been wanting a decent colophon not written in the 3rd person for years. Expect this page to change to something more interesting.
